In 2002, iDecisions was founded with a vision of providing quality services with exceptional experience in the areas of business intelligence technologies.

Over the last three years, iDecisions has grown to over 30 consultants in two offices and has expanded its depth and breadth of service offerings on Business Objects & Sybase.

Executive Bios

Imran Quraishi
Director – Services & International Business
Imran is a founding partner of iDecisions. As Director of iDecisions Consulting, Imran provides the strategic vision and leads key areas of the business including, planning, sales / marketing activities and management of Human Resources. Imran is most proud of the culture that makes iDecisions such a great place to work.

During Imran’s tenure as Director, iDecisions has expanded geographically into 3 new cities and diversified its service and products lines. Prior to iDecisions Consulting, Imran worked in various IT positions as well as serving in National Sales & Services Leader roles for Redhat India, Cyberspace & Tata Infotech Limited.

Imran has over 12 years of diverse Sales, Marketing, & services management experience. He has worked with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, financial services, government, and professional services organisations.

Rajkumar Deshmukh
Director – India Sales
As a founding partner of iDecisions Consulting, Rajkumar is the Sales Director and plays a leading role in managing the operations of iDecisions. In addition, Raj is involved in business development activities and Finance.

Raj has over 10 years of diverse financial, distribution & Customer management experience. He has worked with customers across industries all over India. His packaged software experience includes Microsoft solutions. Prior to iDecisions, Raj worked in various Sales positions as well as managing the Microsoft practice for a major Microsoft Consulting firm in India.

Abhijit Deodhar
Director - Consulting
Abhijit has responsibilities for iDecisions consulting services operations in India, including delivery, and overall P&L management. Abhijit also works closely with our partner organizations in on-going business development and professional training and certification. His years of client delivery and consulting management have helped form this innovative professional services organization.

Additionally, he works directly with a small subset of clients to personally assist with their project objectives and solution assurance. He has spent his consulting career working closely with premiere customers in Financial Services, Manufacturing & Telecom.
Before joining iDecisions, Abhijit served as Head – Presales of Ygyan Consulting, Professional Services division, and held similar leadership positions with Seed Infotech.
