Quality Management System

We have well-defined processes to suit different kind of project, knows as ID Improving and Maturing System (IDIMS). This system is certified by International Quality Audit Organization. The documentation hierarchy of IDIMS is depicted in the above figure.

IDIMS comprehensively ensures the quality of the work product produced and delivered by the project teams continuously meets the customer expectation. The processes and the life cycle defined in IDIMS ensures efficient execution of the project and achieves productivity of highest level.

IDIMS is hosted on the intranet system so as to enable easy of accessibility to the project teams. This ensures that the system is well-understood and impended in the project.

The Interaction of the project team is with all the stakeholder of the project. All the stakeholders of the project ensure that the quality product / services is executed successfully and is delivered on time as per customers expectations.
